NK 7-902 is a potent and selective molecular glue Degrader of NIMA related kinase 7 (NEK7) (DC50 = 0.2 nM; Dmax > 95%). It displays selectivity for NEK7 across all proteins quantified in a proteomics analysis of human primary monocytes and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSc). Fully degrades NEK7 in human primary monocytes. Partially inhibits NLRP3-dependent IL-1β production. In mice, NK 7-902 induces degradation of NEK7 (30x higher DC50 ) relative to human primary cells. Orally bioavailable.
