Description

NovaLume Femto Chemiluminescent Substrate (HRP) may be used for any ELISA application utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates. The substrate can be used with various blocking buffers. Detection and analysis requires a chemiluminometer.

Chemiluminescent substrate supplied as two components:

  • High signal intensity and low background
  • High sensitivity - low femtogram level detection
