Description

NovaLume Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate may be used for any blotting application utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugates. The substrate can be used with various blocking buffers and on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. Visualization is by CCD imaging systems or x-ray film.

Chemiluminescent substrate supplied as two components:

  • High sensitivity - low pico to mid femtogram level detection
  • Recommended for HRP blotting applications
  • Superior performance to Competitor Products in its class
