Invitrogen™ NTAL Monoclonal Antibody (NAP-03)

Description
This antibody recognizes a defined intracellular epitope (aa 196-212) of human Non-T cell Activation Linker (NTAL), also known as LAB (linker of activated B cells), a 30 kDa transmembrane adaptor protein associating with lipid raft components in the plasma membrane of B cells, NK cells and myeloid cells. This antibody will not cross-react with mouse. Western Blot: Incubation 60 min; non-reducing conditions, 12% separating SDS-PAGE gel.
