The recommended shelf life for this product is 1 year from date of receipt.

Nuf2 (also known as CDCA1 or cell division cycle associated 1) is important for the formation of stable kinetochore-microtubule attachments, chromosome alignment in mitosis, and mitotic progression. Nuf2 is a spindle pole body-associated protein required for nuclear division, spindle pole body separation, and spindle elongation. Nuf2 is part of the Ndc80 complex, which is also comprised of Ndc80 (Hec1), Spc24, and Spc25. The Ndc80 complex is essential for metaphase chromosome alignment and anaphase chromosome segregation.
