Description

It has wide use in numerous molecular biological protocols dues to its strong affinity for biotin. Strep II tag (NWSHPQFEK) is a nine amino acid peptide with high specificity and affinity towards streptavidin. GenScript THE™ NWSHPQFEK Tag Antibody [FITC], mAb, Mouse is THE™ NWSHPQFEK Tag Antibody (A01732) conjugated with FITC. The conjugated antibody is suitable for detecting the expression level of NWSHPQFEK (Strep II tag) tagged fusion proteins.
