Nylon Graph Transfer Membranes(NJ)
- Supported nylon membrane is very strong and naturally hydrophilic
- Chemically optimized for low, controllable backgrounds
- Improved binding capacity (400 μg/cm2) binds fragments as small as 75 base pairs and as great as 50 kilo base pairs
- Suitable for use with radioactive and non-radioactive detection systems
- Packaged in a wide variety of precut circles and sheets to fit Petri dishes and transfer/hybridization apparatus
- Also available in rolls for cutting custom-sized membranes
