Invitrogen™ OATP2 Monoclonal Antibody (ESL)

Description
MA3-934 detects OATP from human tissue and cells. This antibody does not detect dog, mouse or rat protein. MA3-934 shows no cross-reactivity to other OATP isoforms. MA3-934 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence, western blotting, and immunoprecipitation procedures. Immunofluorescence staining of OATP2 in human liver samples results in a pattern consistent with plasma membrane staining. The MA3-934 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues E(671) S L N K N K H F V P S A G A D S E T H C(691) of human OATP2.
