Description

Flangeless systems with 1/4 in.-28 United National Fine (UNF) thread provides connection for tubing with an outside diameter of 1/16 in. or 1/8 in.

  • Incorporate a PTFE-seal press-fitted into 316 stainless-steel housing for leak-resistant connection with minimal disturbance to the fluid path
  • Allow repeated connect/disconnect without sealing-face deterioration
  • Gripper fittings do not compress the tubing if over-tightened, and do not twist the tubing during connection
  • Pressure rated to 1000 psi (68 bar)
Use with Omnifit Tube End Fittings
To Use
  • Trim tubing to a point and slide on Tube End fitting
  • Add the Gripper fitting to tubing, ensuring the PTFE seal faces the pointed tubing end
  • Using pliers, pull tubing through Gripper fitting until PTFE seal has reached the uncut portion
  • Rotate Gripper fitting around tubing to seat; trim excess tubing off
