PA1-4185 detects the p21 protein in human samples. PA1-4185 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-4185 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 139-164 of p21. Maintain at 2-8oC of 3 months or at -20oC for longer periods. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
