Their C18 stationary phase support morphology is designed to perfectly match that of capillary and nano- μPAC HPLC columns, with carefully selected dimensions and surface chemistry.
Sample Preconcentration - Preconcentrate samples with very low peptide contents into a sub-microliter trapping volume.
Decreased Sample Loading Times - Depending on the flow rate of the analytical column used, a 10 to 50-fold reduction of the sample loading time can be achieved for high volume (5 to 20 μL) samples.
Sample Clean-up - Effectively remove salts, reagents, and other contaminants that have no affinity for hydrophobic bonded phases, increasing analytical column lifetime and improving spectral quality and detection sensitivity.
