Description

Recombinant full-length mouse PAK3 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. PAK3 is a member of the family of ser/thr p21-activating kinases that serve as targets for the small GTP-binding proteins Cdc42 and RAC.
