Invitrogen™ PAPPA Monoclonal Antibody (PAPP A 1-1)

Description
ABS 006-01-02 detects native Pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A) from human samples. ABS 006-01-02 has been successfully used in Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA procedures. By Western blot, only unreduced forms of PAPA-A can be detected. In sandwich ELISA with a polyclonal antibody in coat, ABS 006-01-02 only reacts poorly with PAPP-A in third trimester serum. The epitope of ABS 006-01-02 is different from BTE 004-09-02 and ABS 006-24-02. The epitope is located on the PAPP-A subunit of the heterotetramer. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/mL.
