Description
Pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A, Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-4 protease, PAPP-A-proMBP complex) is a large heterottetrameric glycoprotein of approximately 500 kDa, which was first discovered in serum from pregnant women.
