Invitrogen™ Parkin Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA1-751 detects recombinant human parkin. PA1-751 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunohistochemical procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~52 kDa protein representing recombinant human parkin. The PA1-751 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 298-313 from human parkin. This sequence is completely conserved between human, mouse and rat. PA1-751 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-159) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
