Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human K562 whole cell, human U87 whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, human HL-60 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: U20S cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. This gene encodes a transcription factor that represses GATA-regulated genes and binds to a dynein light chain protein. Binding of the encoded protein to the dynein light chain protein affects binding to GATA consensus sequences and suppresses its transcriptional activity. Defects in this gene are a cause of tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome (TRPS) types I-III.
