Invitrogen™ Perlecan Monoclonal Antibody (A76)

Description
CSI 001-76-02 is highly specific for perlecan. There is no evidence for cross-reactivity with other connective tissue proteins (vitronectin, fibronectin, elastin, collagen, laminin). CSI 001-76-02 cross-reacts with human thrombospondin. Other species have not been tested. CSI 001-76-02 has been successfully used in ELISA, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting techniques. CSI 001-76-02 can be used in immunoprecipitation, ELISA and immunostaining of frozen PLP-fixed sections of bovine and human tissues. CSI 001-76-02 is more sensitive than CSI 001-71-02 or CSI 001-74-02 in ELISA. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/mL.
