Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Immunogen sequence: FLDVESAHRL LDVESAQRFF YSQGAQARRA TLLLPPTLMA ASSEDDIDRR PIRRVRSKSD TPYLAEARIS FNLGAAEEVE RL Highest antigen sequence identity to the following orthologs: Mouse - 100%, Rat - 26%.

PHACTR1 plays a role in cell motility and in the formation of tubules by endothelial cells. PHACTR1 also binds actin monomers (G actin) and plays a role in the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and in formation of actin stress fibers. Further, PHACTR1 regulates PPP1CA activity and is required for normal cell survival.
