Description

Antibody detects endogenous levels of MOK only when phosphorylated at Tyr161.

MOK is able to phosphorylate several exogenous substrates and to undergo autophosphorylation. It negatively regulates cilium length in a cAMP and mTORC1 signaling-dependent manner.
