Invitrogen™ Phospho-TYK2 (Tyr433) Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ PA5105556
Description
Antibody detects endogenous levels of TYK2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr433.
Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2) a member of the JAK kinase family, plays both structural and catalytic roles in type I interferon (IFN) signaling. As such, it may play a role in anti-viral immunity. A mutation in this gene has been associated with hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (HIES) - a primary immunodeficiency characterized by elevated serum immunoglobulin E.
