Neutral endopeptidase and endothelin converting enzyme inhibitor

Phosphoramidon disodium salt is a neutral endopeptidase (neprilysin) inhibitor. Blocks degradation of amyloid β peptides and increases Aβ levels in rodents. Also blocks endothelin converting enzyme (ECE).
