Description

R&D Systems™ PI/RNAse can be added directly to the sample just prior to flow cytometry.

  • Propidium iodide/RNAse solution
  • Typically 10μL per 500μL sample is sufficient
  • Incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes then analyze
  • If propidium iodide is used perform each of the above controls in duplicate so that the samples can be assayed with and without propidium iodide
  • 1mg/mL propidium iodide; 50mg/mL RNase A
