Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody

This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Cat, pig. Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.

PIK3CB (phosphatyidylinositol 4,5-biphosphate 3-kinase catalyic subunit beta isoform) is a phosphoinositide-3-kinase that phosphorylates PtdIns (phosphatidylinositol), PtdIns4P (phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate), and PtdIns(4,5)P2 (phosphatidylinositol 4,5-biphosphate) to generate phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-triphosphate (PIP3). PIP3 plays a key role in recruiting PH domain-containing proteins to the membrane and activating signaling cascades involved in cell growth, survival, proliferation, motility, and morphology.
