Placental Alkaline Phosphatase Monoclonal Antibody (8A9), Invitrogen™
Description
MA5-14064 targets Placental Alk Phosphatase in immunohostochemistry (Paraffin) applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. Staining of formalin-fixed tissue sections requires treating the tissue sections in boiling 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. The MA5-14064 immunogen is purified human Placental Alkaline Phosphatase (PLAP).
