Description

• Non-progressive construction allows easy panel change or structure relocation
• 7.6cm (3 in.) thick walls are constructed of 24 ga sheet steel that is painted with polyester baked enamel on each side; steel is laminated to 1.27cm (0.5 in.) gypsum with a 4.9cm (1.94 in.) polystyrene core
• Studs are 6063-T5 aluminum extrusions with a 201R1 anodized clear finish
• Depending on size, some units may require interior columns
• Color is white
• Buildings are 3m (10 ft.) high; rooms do not come with a floor
• Corrugated steel load-bearing roof holds mechanical equipment: 25psf load
• Roof support: structural steel I-beams located on 8 ft. center
• Acoustical ceiling: 61 x 192cm (24 x 48 in.) Class A noncombustible acoustical ceiling with 3.8cm (1.5 in.) gasketed grid and vinyl faced ceiling tiles

Entry

• Seamless single steel door on a steel frame
• W x H x D: .9 x 2.1 x .04m (36 x 84 x 1.75 in.)
• Door has a 61 x 61 x .6cm (24 x 24 x 0.25 in.) thick tempered glass window, lever lockset, hinges, sweep and door closer

• Modular wired electrical package includes: wall switch, 61 x 122cm (24 x 48 in.) recessed fluorescent light fixture(s) with acrylic lens cover, 110V outlet(s), 61 x 122cm (24 x 48 in.) 115V fan filter unit(s), handy boxes and circuit breaker panel(s) (with breakers)
• Wiring studs permit wiring access on one side
• HEPA filter(s)
