5X Green GoTaq Flexi Reaction Buffers are Mg-free buffers that allow optimization of Mg concentration in PCR. The green buffer allows direct-to-gel analysis of reaction products without the need to add loading dye.

  • Use with GoTaq(R) Flexi DNA Polymerase and Mg Solution to optimize magnesium concentration in PCR
  • Available with green dye for direct-to-gel convenience, or in colorless format for applications where absorbance or fluorescence measurements are necessary prior to PCR cleanup
