  • GoTaq DNA Polymerase; 5X Colorless GoTaq Reaction Buffer (Used when direct fluorescence or absorbance readings are required without prior purification of the DNA from the amplification reaction); 5X Green GoTaq Reaction Buffer (Contains two dyes that separate during electrophoresis to facilitate direct-to-gel analysis of PCR products). Both buffers are supplied at pH 8.5 and contain MgCl2 at a concentration of 7.5mM, giving a final concentration of 1.5mM in a 1X reaction
  • GoTaq Green Master Mix or GoTaq Colorless Master Mix, nuclease-free water
