Description

HaloTEV Protease (81kDa) is a fusion between the HaloTag™ protein and TEV protease, a highly specific proteolytic enzyme that cleaves at a specific TEV site, a specific seven-amino-acid sequence (ENLYFQ(G/S)).

  • Cleave and Recover Target Protein in a Single Step
  • Easy to covalently remove HaloTEV from your purified protein with HaloLink™ Resin
  • Proteins can be purified tag-free in a single step as the HaloLink™ Resin will bind both HaloTag(R) protein tag and the HaloTEV protease
  • Supplied at a concentration of 5u/μL
