  • Lysis Agent Used with the Luciferase Assay System with Reporter Lysis Buffer (Cat.# E4030)
  • Mild lysis agent and requires a single freeze-thaw cycle to achieve complete cell lysis
  • Compatible with two reporter enzyme assays: β-galactosidase (β-gal) and luciferase

  1. A premix of Luciferase Assay Substrate and Luciferase Assay Buffer.
  2. U.S. Patents 5,641,641; 5,650,289; and 5,814,471; Australian Patent 649289 and other patents and patents pending.
