All kits include 48 Maxwell kit-specific cartridges, 50 purification plungers, 50 elution tubes, and 20mL elution buffer. FFPE Tissue LEV DNA Purification Kit also includes 32mL lysis buffer, 2 x 10mg proteinase K, and 15mL incubation buffer. Viral Total Nucleic Acid Kit also includes 20mL lysis buffer, 2 x 1mL proteinase K solution, and 20mL nuclease-free water. LEV Blood DNA Kit also includes 20mL lysis buffer and 2 x 1mL proteinase K solution.

Maxwell 16 DNA Purification Instrument (Mfr. No. AS1120 not for use with Maxwell 16 MDx); LEV Kits also require the LEV Hardware Kit (Mfr. No. AS1250)
