Description

Recombinant human PDGFR beta (amino acids 557-end) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. PDGFR beta is a member of the PDGFR family of membrane receptors with intrinsic tyrosine kinase activity.
