Requires

Manual, benchtop purification requires the Vac-Man™ 96 Vacuum Manifold (A2291) or a similar 96-well manifold; use with an automated liquid-handling workstation may require vacuum manifolds specific to the workstation.

The Wizard™ SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System provides a high-throughput, membrane-based technique for preparation of genomic DNA from cultured cells and tissue, including mouse tails.
