Extensive quality control produces industry leading bioactivity and lot-to-lot consistency that instills confidence in results and ensures reproducibility. Applications: Bioactivity

Measured by its ability to inhibit anti-CD3-induced proliferation of stimulated human T cells. T lymphocytes cultured for 72 hours with PHA were incubated for an additional 3 days in 96 well plates coated with 500 ng/mL anti-CD3 and/or 10 μg/mL rhB7-H3 (4Ig)/B7-H3b. The presence of rhB7-H3 (4Ig)/B7-H3b at 10 μg/mL inhibited the anti-CD3 response by >30%. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
