For in situ detection of apoptosis in tissue sections and cells.

TACS™ 2 TdT-Blue Label In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kit is designed for the detection of apoptosis in tissues and cells in culture. All the reagents needed for the detection of DNA fragmentation in situ are provided and this kit can be supplemented with additional reagents for double labeling using immunocytochemistry for antigen detection. In addition, the TACS™ 2 TdT-Blue Label In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kit comes complete with Cytonin™, a detergent-based buffer optimized for the permeabilization of cells prior to labeling, and Nuclear Fast Red for excellent contrast with TACS-Blue LabelTM.
