Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA5-15587 targets Rab25 in indirect ELISA, FACS, IF, IHC, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples. The MA5-15587 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of Rab25 expressed in E. Coli. MA5-15587 detects Rab25 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 24kDa.

RAB proteins, such as RAB25, are members of the RAS superfamily of small GTPases that are involved in membrane trafficking. Members of the RAB11 subfamily, including RAB25, control the return of internalized membrane-associated moieties to the cell surface.
