MAP2K5 (phospho S311/T315), Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse, Rat, Polyclonal Antibody, Abnova
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic phosphopeptide of MAP2K5.
Manufacturer: Abnova Corporation PAB12634
The protein encoded by this gene is a dual specificity protein kinase that belongs to the MAP kinase kinase family. This kinase specifically interacts with and activates MAPK7/ERK5. This kinase itself can be phosphorylated and activated by MAP3K3/MEKK3, as well as by atypical protein kinase C isoforms (aPKCs). The signal cascade mediated by this kinase is involved in growth factor stimulated cell proliferation and muscle cell differentiation. Four alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene encoding distinct isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeqSequence: SIAKT
|Western Blot (0.1-1 ug/mL) ELISA (0.01-0.1 ug/mL) Immunoprecipitation (2-5 ug/mL) Immunohistochemistry (2-5 ug/mL) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.|
|Store at 4°C. For long term storage store at -20°C to -80°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
|This antibody recognizes ~49 KDa of human MAP2K5 at the phosphorylation site of Ser 311/Thr315. It does not cross react to non-phospho MEK5.|
