MilliporeSigma™ Rabbit anti-NKp30/CD337, Polyclonal,
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: MilliporeSigma™ ABF127
Description
Specifically detects NKp30/CD337 in Human samples, and it is validated for Immunohistochemistry, Western Blotting
Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3 (UniProt O14931; also known as Activating NK-A1 receptor, Activating natural killer receptor p30, CD337, Lymphocyte antigen 117, Natural killer cell p30-related protein, NK-p30, NKp30) is encoded by the NCR3 (also known as 1C7, LY117, MALS) gene (Entrez Gene ID 259197) in human. NKp30/CD337 is a natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) that aids activated natural killer (NK) cells to mediate tumor cell lysis. NKp30 also helps eliminate immature DCs via BAG-6 (BCL2-associated athanogene 6 or Bat-3/Scythe) engagement, as well as by inducing TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma release from NK cells.
