Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human HL-60 whole cell, human T-47D whole cell, human A549 whole cell, human U2OS whole cell, human THP-1 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human PANC-1 whole cell, human SW620 whole cell, rat testis tissue, mouse lung tissue, mouse kidney tissue, mouse testis tissue, mouse Neuro-2a whole cell. ICC/IF: U20S cell. Flow: PC-3 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Ran (ras-related nuclear protein) is a small GTP binding protein belonging to the RAS superfamily that is essential for the translocation of RNA and proteins through the nuclear pore complex. The Ran protein is also involved in control of DNA synthesis and cell cycle progression. Nuclear localization of Ran requires the presence of regulator of chromosome condensation 1 (RCC1).
