Use the RapidScript™ Probe One-Step RT-qPCR Kit for simple, one-step RT-qPCR.

The RapidScript™ Probe One-Step RT-qPCR Kit provides the convenience of an all-in-one kit through the combination of an RT enzyme mix and a 2X qPCR mastermix to create a one-step reverse transcription and real-time qPCR amplification, all in one PCR reaction tube.

The unique formulation of the RapidScript™ RT-qPCR enzyme allows the reaction to be run either at standard conditions or fast conditions, depending on the capacity of the qPCR instrument. This allows for the RT-qPCR reaction to be completed in a total of ∼68 minutes (using the standard protocol) or ∼24 minutes (using the Fast protocol), as opposed to conventional reactions with over 50 minutes for the RT reaction and 1.5-2 hours for qPCR amplification.

• Ease of use, user flexibility and time savings when using Standard or Fast protocols (compared to conventional two-step RT and qPCR reactions)
• The mastermix is suitable for SNP genotyping assays, gene expression analysis, microarray validation and high throughput screening, among others
