Description

Use the RapidScript™ RT Kit to cDNA synthesize from 15 kb RNA templates in 10 to 15 min.

This specially engineered enzyme offers longer full-length cDNA transcripts, up to 12 kb, with excellent performance at high temperatures (50 to 60°C) to facilitate removal of secondary structures.
