Test Specificity Detects B7-1/CD80 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) B7-1 is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human B7-1 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmB7-H3, recombinant rat B7-2, rmB7-H1, and rmPD-L2 is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
