Test Specificity Detects rat beta-NGF in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) beta-NGF is observed and no significant cross-reactivity or interference with rhBDNF, recombinant rat (rr) GDNF, rhCNTF, rrGDNF R alpha , rrCNTF, rhNT-3, rhGDNF, and rhNT-4 is observed.
