Test Specificity Detects rat CXCL2/GRO beta/MIP-2/CINC-3 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) CINC-2 alpha is observed, 15% cross-reactivity with rrCINC-2 beta , recombinant human (rh) GRO alpha , rhGRO beta , rhGRO gamma is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with rrCINC-1 is observed.
