Test Specificity Detects rat CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha/beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, greater than 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) CINC-1, rrCINC-2 beta , and rrCINC-3 is observed, less than 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) KC, rmMIP-2, recombinant human (rh) GRO alpha , rhGRO beta , and rhGRO gamma is observed, and less than 10% cross-reactivity with rhIL-8 is observed.
