Test Specificity Detects rat CXCL7 in Western blots. In this format, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) CXCL7 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ENA-78, recombinant porcine IL-18, rhMCP-3 and rmGCP-2 is observed.
