In Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Pentraxin 2 and 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Pentraxin 2 is observed. In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with rhPentraxin 2 or rmPentraxin 2 is observed.
