Description
Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human HEK293 whole cell, human HEPG2 whole cell, human HELA whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell, human U87 whole cell, human HL-60 whole cell, rat NRK whole cell, mouse smooth muscle tissue. Flow: HEPA1-6 cell, U937 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
