Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific MA140240
Description
MA1-40240 detects Endothelial cell antigen from rat samples. MA1-40240 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen), immunohistochemistry (paraffin), flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. The MA1-40240 immunogen is cell surface antigen. Positive control: Glomerular endothelial cells, RHEC cell line; Negative control: Vascular smooth muscle cells, fibroblasts
RECA-1 is a cell surface antigen which is expressed by all rat endothelial cells. The endothelium is the thin layer of cells that line the interior surface of blood vessels, forming an interface between circulating blood in the lumen and the rest of the vessel wall. Endothelial cells line the entire circulatory system, from the heart to the smallest capillary.
