Description
Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to an antibody concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. RFP-tags are composed of 15-residue peptides, VNGHEFEIEGEGEGR, derived from amino acids 22-36 of red fluorescent protein (RFP) from the Discosoma sea anemone.
