Invitrogen™ RGS19 Polyclonal Antibody
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ PA578315
Description
Positive Control: human RGS19-transfected 293T Predicted Reactivity: Mouse (87%), Rat (87%), Rhesus Monkey (96%), Bovine (84%) Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
RGS19 inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form. Binds to G-alpha subfamily 1 members, predominantly to G(i)-alpha-3. Activity on G(z)-alpha is inhibited by phosphorylation and palmitoylation of the G-protein.
